ThermoFlex®XTRA is the perfect product for you! It has a soft hand and strong grip. Designs can be layered. Smooth, matte finish. Pressure-sensitive carrier allows easy weeding.

Cut this material into a mirror image.

Temperature

VARIABLE
300°-305° F

Pressure

Medium Pressure

Time

VARIABLE
Pre-press garment for 5 seconds, then press the design for 3-5 seconds.

Peel

Peel cold, then cover with a PTFE sheet and re-press for 10 seconds.

Washing

Follow wash instructions for Nylon. Turn inside-out, cold water, and tumble dry low. Suitable for dry-cleaning.

Layerable?

VARIABLE
Yes with the following exceptions- Columbia Blue, Old Gold, and Antique Silver are top layer only

ThermoFlex^®XTRA

ThermoFlex® Xtra will also adhere to some silicon-coated materials with sufficient surface texture to permit the adhesive to grip when transferred according to directions.

Columbia Blue, Antique Silver and Old Gold will not layer. These colors cannot have layers adhered on top of them, although we have successfully layered these products on top of other colors.

Use settings for ThermoFlex PLUS for application to polyesters.

Please be advised that dye migration has occurred with low energy dyes in polyester and poly-blend fabrics.
