This is a sublimation resistant, printable white polyurethane film, which has an additional layer to block dye-migration. Suitable for vibrant and dark fabrics. Offers high resolution prints, has a soft hand, and has excellent weeding properties. It has a semi-matte finish.
This printable can be used by both solvent/eco-solvent and latex printers.

A highly versatile opaque matte finish transfer film that can be applied to cotton, poly, and nylon fabrics. This goes on at a lower temperature and press time than most Solvent printable materials and allows for a faster production time.

For uncoated nylon
PRESSURE – Low, even.
TIME – Prepress garment for 5 seconds then press with design for 5 seconds
PEEL – Warm, cover with siliconized sheet and repress for 10 seconds
CARE – Wash inside-out, gentle, cold water. Tumble dry.
Once you have printed and cut your design you must weed and apply application tape within a one hour time span. Otherwise it will start curling on you. If you have it in a controlled cool environment with no humidity you can extend the time for up to 3 hours but no longer. Once the application tape is applied you are fine as long as you don’t peel the backing off until you are ready to apply it.

This is a transparent polyurethane film with a matte finish. Unlike other films that are opaque, Clear Matte is printed in mirror image on the hot-melt side of the film, providing a solid barrier between the ink and the environment. This product should only be used on white and other light-colored fabrics. No transfer mask needed.
