Order Guidelines:
  • This form is only for existing customers to place orders. If you are interested in buying direct, please fill out this form here for consideration. Please note- filling out a form is NOT a guarantee of opening an account with us. If a distributor would better suit your needs, you will be referred to them instead.
  • This form does not take any sensitive information like credit card info. If you do not have a card on file you’d like to use, you can confirm it with us over the phone.
  • For larger orders, we recommend placing your order via phone call or by email.
  • You will receive an email confirmation which you will need to review. If any changes need to be made, you must contact us immediately.
  • Please refer to your pricing list for any pricing questions.
Processing time is 1-2 business days. Our business hours are Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm US Central Time.  We will email your tracking number once the order has been shipped. Orders outside of normal business hours will take longer.
Please include the following in the form below (these are REQUIRED in order to submit an order):
  • A valid phone number, address, and email address
  • The product code/SKU, product name, width, length, and quantity

To avoid any delay in shipping your order, please complete all requested fields. If we need to contact you to confirm information such as product color or size, this could delay your shipment leaving our warehouse. All orders will need to be paid in full by credit or debit card prior to shipping. If we do not have a card on file, we will need to contact you prior to your order being filled.

You will receive an email confirmation you will need to review. If anything on the order is not correct, you will need to contact us immediately by replying to the second email confirmation or calling us at the phone number listed on the sales order. If you do not have payment on file, we will contact you.
