Custom Pattern Order Form

Order Guidelines:
- This form is only for existing customers to place orders. If you are interested in buying direct, please fill out this form here for consideration. Please note- filling out a form is NOT a guarantee of opening an account with us. If a distributor would better suit your needs, you will be referred to them instead.
- This form does not take any sensitive information like credit card info. If you do not have a card on file you’d like to use, you can confirm it with us over the phone.
- You will receive an email with proof(s) for you to approve. The order will NOT be printed until proof(s) are approved.
- Please refer to your pricing list for any pricing questions.
Processing time for your proof is 1-2 business days. Our business hours are Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm US Central Time. We will email your tracking number once the order has been shipped. Orders outside of normal business hours will take longer.
Pattern Guidelines:
- Images can be uploaded in the following formats: GIF, JPEG, PNG, and JPG. File size cannot exceed 976.56 KB.
- For images over this size, please put them on some sort of file upload service like Dropbox or Google Drive and send us the link.
- Rolls are 60 ft in length and you may choose 12″ or 18″ for width.
- We will tile the image to fill the space to make a pattern. We are not responsible for making sure the pattern is seamless. If you would like your pattern to be seamless, please make sure it will be before uploading.
- You can request up to 3 revisions. We will only change the sizing. If you feel there is something wrong with the image, you either must fix it yourself or there is a $50 fee for a design rework.
- The proof will be sent tiled at the size of the image received. Please size the image to the size you would like it to be.
Please include the following in the form below (these are REQUIRED in order to submit an order):
- A valid phone number, address, and email address
- The pattern
To avoid any delay in shipping your order, please complete all requested fields. If we need to contact you to confirm information, this could delay the printing process. All orders will need to be paid in full by credit or debit card prior to shipping. If we do not have a card on file, we will need to contact you prior to your order being filled.
You will receive an email confirmation you will need to review. If anything on the order is not correct, you will need to contact us immediately by replying to the second email confirmation or calling us at the phone number listed on the sales order. If you do not have payment on file, we will contact you.
