ThermoFlex® Sport is a durable thick film material designed to bridge the gaps in open-mesh athletic jersey.

You can heat press ThermoFlex® Sport at a relatively low (300° F - 320° F) temperature and short dwell time (8-10 seconds), which minimizes dye migration from colored polyester jersey mesh.

You can transfer ThermoFlex® Sport to nylon jersey well using the lowest temperature (300° F) and the shortest dwell time (8 seconds).

ThermoFlex® Sport is available in fifteen (15) standard team colors: White, Storm Grey, Black, Red, Orange, Maroon, Athletic Yellow, Navy Blue, Royal Blue, Columbia Blue, Purple, Kelly Green, Dark Green, Old Gold and Neon Pink.
