Heat press between 345° - 350°F for 20 seconds. Use firm even pressure. Peel warm or cold. Applies to Cotton, Polyester, blends, Spandex, Lycra, wool and linen. Will NOT adhere to nylon. Durable! Can be washed in warm water, dried on high heat without sticking to itself.
Specifically for application to Nylon, leather, and other heat sensitive fabrics. Apply at 300° - 315°F for 3-5 sec. Use firm even pressure. Peel cold. Cover with Teflon release sheet and reheat 10 sec. Follow wash instructions for nylon, turn inside-out, cold water, tumble Dry low heat.
Ideal for canvas signs, vinyl tire covers, plastic coated awnings etc. Excellent outdoor durability. Apply between 212° - 284°F for 10-15 sec. Can be applied with hand iron, or heat gun. Medium pressure. Peel cold.
Has a blocker to prevent dye migration or re-sublimation on polyester fabrics. Press between 310° - 330°F for 10-15 sec. Use firm pressure. Peel cold. Adheres to most fabrics, can be wash at regular settings.
A thicker film used to bridge the openings on polyester athletic mesh jersey. Press between 300° - 320°F for 8-10 sec. Use medium pressure. Peel warm or cold. Will adhere to most fabrics, wash at normal settings.
The soft feel of velvet! Heat Press between 320° - 340°F for 10-15 sec. Use Medium to firm pressure. Allow to completely cool. Peel cold. Can be washed and dried at medium temperatures.
True metallic film. Heat press between 310° - 330°F for 10-15 sec. Use firm even pressure. Cover and reheat if necessary. Peel cold. Adheres to most fabrics. Wash inside-out, cold water, gentle cycle, dry low heat.
Holographic film. Heat press at 300°F for 10-12 sec. Use Medium to firm pressure. Peel cold. Adheres to most fabrics. Wash inside-out, cold water, gentle cycle, tumble dry low heat.
Multi-color holographic particles in a polyurethane matrix. Press at 285°F for 3 sec. Use firm pressure. Peel cold carefully! Cover with Teflon sheet reheat for 10 sec. Will NOT adhere to nylon. Wash inside-out, cold water, gentle cycle, tumble dry low heat.
Retro-reflective films for applications that require safety grade reflectivity. Apply between 275° - 305°F for 3-5 sec. Firm pressure. Peel cold. Cover with Teflon release sheet and reheat for 5-7 sec. Adheres to many textured siliconized fabrics. Wash cold, dry low heat. Always wash test and secure signed approval before production.
Wild Fashion: 325° - 340°F, 12-15 sec. Crazy Crystals: 340° - 350°F, 15-20 sec. Use firm pressure. Peel cold. Adheres to most fabrics, wash cold water, gentle cycle, low heat.

Semi-gloss white materials are designed for the Gerber Edge, Roland Color-Camm and other thermal transfer printers. Print and cut right reading. Applies to cotton and blend fabrics with a version specifically for Nylon. Press between 300° - 315°F for 30 sec. with firm pressure. Our special T&S series of Transfer Medium insures superior transfer. Peel cool.
2160 Series
Printable polyurethane films for Solvent or Eco-Solvent ink jet printers. Applies to a variety of fabrics with a special version for hard to adhere to materials like leather and vinyl. Print right reading. Press at 325°F (170°- 200°F for Leather/Vinyl) for 10-15 sec. Use firm pressure. Peel while still warm. Cover and reheat for 10-15 sec. For greater durability.
4625 Series
A clear polyurethane material for Solvent or Eco-solvent ink jet printers is also available. Transfers to cotton, polyester and blended fabrics. This material is translucent and works only for white and light colored fabrics. Print and cut in mirror image. Press between 330° - 340°F for 17 sec. Use Medium pressure. Peel cool. Cover with included siliconized sheet and reheat for an additional 8 sec. for greater durability.
These materials are designed for dye or pigmented water based inks. The CJ-III are 81/2X11 and 11X17 sheets designed for desktop ink jet printers and can be applied with a hand iron. Print right reading. Applies to most cotton and blend fabrics. Heat Press both between 340° - 350°F for 15-20 sec. with medium to firm pressure. Use our special 853 Transfer Mask to remove the image and transfer to the garment.
