Specialty Materials -- ColorPrint
For printing and cutting with thermal transfer resin ribbon
For transfer to dark and light fabrics

ColorPrint™ Standard is a smooth surfaced white polyurethane film for right reading thermal transfer printing and plotter contour cutting.
ColorPrint™ Standard is designed for transfer to cotton, polyester knits, and cotton-polyester blended fabrics. Transfer at the relatively low transfer temperature (300° F - 315° F) for 30 seconds with firm pressure.
ColorPrint™ Nylon is a smooth surfaced white polyurethane film for thermal transfer printing and transfer to nylon fabrics. While it transfers at the same temperature as ColorPrint™ Standard it uses a different hot-melt adhesive which requires only only 15 seconds to adhere.
GlitterPrint™ incorporates glitter flecks in its smooth surfaced white polyurethane film. It is designed for transfer to cotton, polyester knits, and cotton-polyester blended fabrics. Transfer at (315° F - 325° F) for 30 seconds with firm pressure.
Some users have successfully printed these films with solvent and eco-solvent inkjet printers, but our ColorPrint Solvent™ line of films provide a softer hand and greater flexibility and stretchability than our films for thermal transfer printing.
Specialty Materials provides ColorPrint™ Standard and Nylon, and GlitterPrint™ prepared for Roland ColorCAMM, Gerber Edge, Summa DC series, GCC Nautilus and other thermal transfer print and cut systems using pigmented resin-based ink ribbons.
We offer our ColorPrint™ and GlitterPrint™ line of films punched for tractor feed and unpunched for friction feed devices.
Use our Transfer and Seal™ transfer tape for easy transfer stability and improved image life for all of our ColorPrint™ and GlitterPrint™ films.
