The best quality, brightest digital prints on the market!  Maintains rebound through numerous washes.

Use ColorPrint™ Solvent/Eco-solvent polyurethane transfer films when printing with solvent and eco-solvent inkjet printers.  ColorPrint™ Solvent/Eco-solvent films provide soft hand, stretch and durability.

The ColorPrint™ Solvent/Eco-solvent line consists of four film types:

ColorPrint Solvent/Ecosol CPS-2160
This is our most popular solvent printable product, also printable using *latex printers. ColorPrint Solvent/Ecosol is an opaque, white film with a semi-gloss to full-gloss finish.  It offers a soft hand and stretchable resilience permitting application to elastomeric fabrics, such as Lycra and Spandex. This film contains blocking agents that reduce dye migration into the film and has a new thicker liner to reduce curling.

*If using on a latex printer, you must use TM-854, use Gloss Vinyl Profile, print uni-directional, and never heat above 100°C on the printer settings.

Our testing has shown that when properly printed with solvent-based inkjet inks, images on these films maintain their quality and color without discernible fading for over 50 washings.

ColorPrint™ Solvent Frost CPS-2165 - Now contains blockers!
An opaque, white film with a satin matte finish and features a soft hand. This film contains blocking agents that reduce dye migration into the film and has a new thicker liner to reduce curling.

 ColorPrint™ Solvent Silver CPSS-2168
A bright silver film giving a metallic sheen to your printed design.  It features a soft hand and stretchable resilience permitting application to elastomeric fabrics, such as Lycra and Spandex.

IMPORTANT: To prevent the ink from washing out, you must wait 24 hours after printing to mask and apply this material. Test on nylon, dazzle cloth, and shiny polyester.

ColorPrint™ Solvent Leather/Vinyl CPLV-2700
An opaque white film for use on leather, vinyl and other low temperature substrates. This film has a new thicker liner to reduce curling.

All of our printable materials used with solvent/eco-solvent inks can be used with most any solvent based inkjet printer. Some examples would be Roland VersaCAMM, Mutoh, Mimaki and HP DesignJet, among others.

Application Instructions
Adheres to Pre-Shrunk Cotton and Cotton/Blends, Uncoated Polyester, Spandex, Lycra, Wool, Linen

Test on Nylon, Dazzle Cloth, and Shiny Polyester.  Follow wash instructions for nylon.
CAUTION: If using 100% Cotton OR Cotton Blended fabrics, please be advised that if the fabric shrinks, the design will wrinkle.

Instructions for application to moisture-wicking materials:
Damp a cloth with rubbing alcohol (isopropyl alcohol), then rub it into the area on the garment
you want to apply your design.  Allow it to dry and apply your material.  This will allow better
adhesion to the garment.

Instructions for application to dazzle cloth and shiny polyester:
We highly recommend that you TEST prior to doing large runs.  Coated polyester can routinely
cause adhesion issues.
